Lizzington is a small business run by Liz Kemp, who designs and handmakes a range of products including bags, purses, and accessories in her workshop in Billericay, Essex. Each product is individually designed, often inspired by other designers and makers, and crafted with attention to detail and quality. Liz uses a variety of carefully selected natural fabrics such as silk, wool, and vintage materials, with a special emphasis on 100% wool tweeds woven in Wales by her sister. These unique and beautiful fabrics are incorporated into her creations, which are sold primarily at high-quality craft and design shows, as well as through selected outlets. Liz's passion for sewing was inspired by her mother and sister, and she has turned her lifelong hobby and City & Guilds qualification in Soft Furnishings into a business. Lizzington products are known for their creativity, quality, and use of distinctive materials.
